Living in Community - The First Cooperative Rental Housing Project in Wolfsburg
Living Individually – Living Together" is the motto of this housing project. In addition to family-friendly, larger apartments, barrier-free and senior-friendly 2- to 5-room apartments have also been created. The core idea is to establish a communal living environment. The tenants got to know each other in advance. Along with the 25 apartments, there is a communal apartment available for shared activities, such as game or movie nights. This creates an intergenerational neighborhood without compromising individual needs.
